Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: $5.00 (3-5 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping: $15.00 (1-2 business days)
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: $20.00 (7-21 business days)
    • Expedited International Shipping: $40.00 (3-7 business days)
    • Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $150.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Keep It Sweet & Sassy Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Keep It Sweet & Sassy Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
